Thyme infused roasted yam & sweet potatoes

 

Scottish Salmon & Asparagus

Tian of ginger scented salmon, asparagus spears in filo pastry with dill & mussel sauce

 

Jerk Chicken Salad

Strips of Ochis famous jerk chicken served on a bed of tossed dressed leaves with honey and wholegrain mustard dressing

 

Garlic Mushrooms (v)

Served in a creamy white wine sauce & garlic bread

 

 


Traditional roasted turkey

Served with chipolatas, chesnut stuffing and cranberry sauce

 

Dijon Mustard Glazed Ham

Served with a spiced pineapple & sherry sauce

 

Seafood rendez vous

Baked seabass fillet, miniture crab cake with greenlip mussels in a Creole sauce

 

Sirloin steak

Prime slice of char-grilled sirloin & beef tomato served with Dianne sauce

 

Stuffed Aubergine (v)

Stuffed with mushrooms, baby spinach, pak choi, oven baked & served

With tomato fondue
